OK - I'm taking back my Eagles entry to the thread because I've just given it a critical (6th form common room) review and know now why it pisses me off.
I'm replacing it with Ray Charles & Willie Nelson's "Seven Spanish Angels".
If I can't have that then Henryk Górecki - Dawn Upshaw, London Sinfonietta, David Zinman – Symphony No. 3 - all of it.

I can't think of any songs that make me tearful for no reason.
John Martyn's 78 live performance of 'Couldn't love you more' gets me, despite the album version not having anyimpact.
